Syrian Za’atar, with its sumac base, also contains cumin and paprika. Sprinkle it over hummus or use it as an all-purpose condiment blend in Middle Eastern style cooking. It creates a divine flavor when sprinkled liberally on lamb, both before and after grilling. Hint… it especially amps up your hummus!
