To create our signature spice profile, we partner with fellow Maine small business Concepta’s Studio, whose handcrafted spice blend is inspired by generations of South African Indian family recipes. The warm, aromatic spices of the curry perfectly complement the sweetness of pumpkin and apples, creating a preserve that is comforting, balanced, and unlike any other. Every small batch is simmered with love.
